Design that works

PPP2E is a contemporary, green; LEED certified working space. The building is part of the Piraeus Port Plaza, previously the renown Papastratos tobacco products company factory. KN Group has contributed with high level supervision of the building reconstruction works and innovative interior design to the ambitious regeneration of Piraeus city and the revival of the Papastratos facilities, with respect to the historical heritage and the existing built shell. PPP2E design concept focuses on collaboration, mobilizing intelligence and stimulating innovation, aiming to meet people’s individual and team needs and enable them to deliver corporate strategies. The design refers to a young and dynamic generation of employees and draws inspiration from contemporary working spaces across the globe.

The ground floor hosts meeting and collaboration spaces for small and larger groups. The open rest areas add value to the daily corporate experience. The building floors have been designed to be dynamic and flexible allowing for agility and adaptation according to the fast changing company needs. The client’s branding has been thoroughly incorporated to the design using special color coordination inspired by the company’s visual identity. At the same time, flexibility and adaptation was mobilized to allow the incorporation of third party identity according to the circumstances and building reclaim.
