Design that works

Status: Realised
Area: 8.000m2
Year: 2014
Location: Athens, Greece

A unique project that aimed to transform a landscape of 8.000m2 and an award winning building originally designed to house a fashion firm with 47 employees to one of the biggest call centres in Greece, housing today 1200 employees. At first glance, an initial evaluation of the space, could render it unsuitable but the KN Group team with its unique expertise backed up with research and vision, was able to anticipate the potential of this real estate and the area overall and proposed a workplace strategy that gained its client commitment.

Teleperformance Hellas with TAVROS project was ranked 2nd under the category: Making the Most of Your Workspace - Designs That Improve Performance and 1st under the category: Going Green - How to Make Your Center Environmentally Friendly in the 10th Top Ranking Performers 'Best in Europe, Middle East & Africa' 2015 conference in London, organised by Contact Center World.

Having gained the go-ahead for the real estate they sourced, KN Group, on behalf of their client, led all necessary negotiations with the owner securing an attractive deal and handled all aspects of the change of the space use. As architectural and planning space solutions were developed incorporating all necessary health and safety requirements, deploying modern technologies for energy saving and using the space in ways to create modern but also functional offices, a key challenge for the KN Group team was to transform the place while respecting the architectural identity of the original building. The successful implementation of the project, created a welcoming and distinctive space for working that is an industry leading office space for the call centre Greek market that was recently expanded with the addition of Mitos site.
