The PPP1 building is part of the Piraeus Port Plaza. The project entailed the creation of brand new offices for a leading provider in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management in the Port of Piraeus after the transformation of a logistics center into a green, certified LEED, office building.
Its successful completion required the co-ordination of a number of different stakeholders including – but not only limited to - the real estate developer of the 10,000 square meter building, the Building Architect, the LEED Consultant as well as other contractors.
With a solid knowledge of its client needs and expertise in project management, KN Group was appointed to audit the progress and supervise in high level the entire project, ensuring that all parties delivered on time, on budget and in line with the agreed specifications and requirements that KN Group set for its client, the tenant.
Furthermore, KN Group was responsible for the brand implementation and the total fit out of the new offices – the “home” of 1500 employees.
Operating in a highly competitive market, KN Group’s client was keen to ensure that their new offices portray a fresher and more modern image in line with their newly launched brand identity in order to support their growth strategy of attracting and winning the business of leading IT companies that already operate or move their operations in Athens. KN Group carefully and consistently incorporated key branding elements and guidelines throughout the new offices and used modern technologies like multi-media devices, LED display units and banners to bring the new brand to life. But aesthetics didn’t compromise functionality.
KN Group completed a workplace interior design study, proposed and designed unique custom-made office equipment and interior partitions to maximise the space utilisation, delivering a contemporary office space.
