KN Group is proud to be part of one of the key and ambitious development projects for the regeneration of Piraeus. Piraeus Port Plaza consists of three (3) city blocks with a total plot area of 17.841 sqm and eight (8) buildings of total buildable area 77.050 sqm. The first, PPP1 building was completed in 2018, PPP2E in 2019, PPP2D and PPP2Z in 2020 while PPP3 four buildings in 2021.
Piraeus Port Plaza II has been awarded the Big See Architecture Award 2022.
With a solid track record in project management and construction, KN Group was appointed by Teleperformance Greece, which is the tenant of the first four buildings, to audit the progress and supervise the entire project, ensuring that all parties deliver on time, on budget and in line with the agreed technical specifications and requirements that KN Group set.
Teleperformance Greece trusted KN Group’s longstanding unique expertise for the layout and interior design of all five buildings, resulting to the best possible use of the space to host in full capacity up to 3.300 agents’ seats while at the same time creating environments to serve the title “Best Place to Work”©.
Last but definitely not least, KN Group undertook the challenge to implement in extremely short notice the new international visual identity of Teleperformance. The world’s first launching was made in PPP1 building with great success in September 2018
